Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a QR code so you can take your packaged items to your nearest DPD Drop Off Point where they will scan the QR code and take the parcel from you.

Yes. The Discovery Kit included within your Starter Kit contains Glosselle Rubber Base, our preferred base option for most clients. Rubber Base can be used underneath Soft Build, Hard Build and Gel Polish, so there's no need to purchase Glosselle Base separately to begin using the system.

Yes. The kit includes the Glosselle Cube Nail Lamp, our professional cordless LED + UV lamp selected specifically for use alongside the Glosselle gel system for optimal and consistent curing.

Yes. The whole Glosselle gel system is HEMA-free and TPO-free and formulated for professional use only.

The Starter Kit brings together the core Glosselle products, lamp and application tools you'll need to begin working with the system. You will still need your usual professional nail preparation, removal and hygiene essentials as appropriate for the service you're carrying out.
